1. Services
North County Concierge provides home organization, personal concierge, and related lifestyle support services in North County San Diego and surrounding areas.
All services are subject to availability and may require a consultation prior to engagement.
We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.
2. Consultations & Bookings
Consultations may be scheduled through our website, by email, or by phone.
A signed agreement and/or deposit may be required before services begin.
Scheduled sessions must be confirmed in writing.
3. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement or invoice.
Payment is due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Zelle, and ACH.
Late payments may be subject to additional fees.
All sales are final unless otherwise specified in writing.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that plans change.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least [24–48] hours in advance.
Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Same-day cancellations may be charged at the full session rate.
Failure to provide access to the property at the scheduled time may be treated as a cancellation.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate information regarding the space and scope of work.
Ensure safe and reasonable working conditions.
Remove hazardous materials or disclose them in advance.
Make timely decisions regarding decluttering and organization.
We are not responsible for items discarded with client approval.
6. Limitation of Liability
While we take great care in handling your belongings and space:
North County Concierge is not liable for pre-existing damage.
We are not responsible for normal wear and tear.
Liability for any claim arising from services shall not exceed the amount paid for those services.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Results Disclaimer
We strive to deliver exceptional results; however:
Outcomes vary based on client participation and decision-making.
Long-term maintenance of organized spaces is the client’s responsibility.
We do not guarantee specific emotional, financial, or time-saving outcomes.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website (including text, images, branding, logos, and materials) is the property of North County Concierge and may not be reproduced without written permission.
9. Testimonials & Media
By submitting a testimonial, you grant us permission to publish it on our website or marketing materials.
We will never share identifying information without your consent.
We may take before-and-after photographs for portfolio purposes with prior approval.
